As a Summer Marketing Trainee at Element, you will support our marketing activities that connect our products, partners, and customers across global markets. During the summer, you will work closely with the marketing function and different business teams, contributing to practical marketing initiatives that support our brand visibility and customer communication.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn how marketing works in a technical, international B2B environment, while gaining real experience in content creation, event marketing, and digital communication.

What you will do

As part of the marketing team, you may support tasks such as:

• Assisting in the preparation and coordination of international industry exhibitions and events

• Supporting the creation and scheduling of email newsletters for partners, dealers, and customers

• Contributing to social media content creation and publishing (LinkedIn and other channels)

• Helping prepare marketing materials, presentations, and product-related content

• Supporting updates to company website

• Coordinating visual materials such as photos and graphics used in marketing communication

What we expect from you

• You are currently studying Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken

• Interest in industrial, technical, or B2B marketing

• A proactive and organized approach to work

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and support ongoing projects

• Basic understanding of email marketing instruments and social media platforms (LinkedIn)

• Familiarity with tools such as PowerPoint, Adobe, Canva, or other content tools is an advantage
